About the delivery address:
  • It is best that your billing and mailing addresses match exactly. If it is not an exact match, you may be asked to verify your order. Fraudulent transactions will be cancelled.
  • Please make sure your address is correct (please fill in your full address, including Apt# Street City and State. Losses due to incomplete or wrong address will be at the customer's expense) and updated before your package ships. Once shipped, you will be responsible for contacting the shipping company to make changes to your order.
  • Additional shipping charges for address modification or special addresses, not included in free shipping, will be paid by the customer.
  • For smooth delivery, it is recommended that you leave your mobile number and re-check the address during checkout. No compensation will be given for unsuccessful delivery due to unavailability of mobile phone/address.
  • For express service, DHL will only accept shipments to a valid street address. They don't deliver to PO boxes. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.

About Shipping Status/Tracking#
  • After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Since we use different carriers for the first part and the second part, the tracking # is used to ship the second part (fulfillment center to your home). It may not be trackable within 3-5 days or just show "PRE-SHIPMENT", but rest assured that your order is under control. If you want to know the exact status of the shipment of the first part, we can check it for you by email.
  • Yesfashion.com cannot be responsible for shipping times, so don't offer a refund just because an order came later than expected.
  • Yesfashion.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered to your address but you have not received it, you must contact the U.S. Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (example: 1-800-275-8777).

  • We sometimes notify delays (due to bad weather / shopping season / surge in orders) on the FB homepage and on the website shipping information page.
  • Customs duties sometimes occur, for which we are not responsible.
  • All shipping and delivery lead times are estimated based on business hours.
